We have very successfully developed our technology for handling documents & data & secure signing for auditors, legal house, HR-departments etc. More than 1500 businesses use our highly endorsed technology today. 

For our future growth and organisational development we’re hiring a Sales Trainer & Leader:

  • Managing a Scandinavian sales representatives team of 4-6-8-12 people
  • Performance management and driving sales activities & pipelines
  • Realised sales, targets & budgets
  • Training & coaching of sales team
  • And training & coaching again - we believe in development :-)!

You will work very closely with the CSO for the development of sales & competences.

-       You will collaborate closely with the sales reps and it’s essential that you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment.

-       You demonstrate your ability to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals.

-       You’re a driven, passionate team player who take pride in development of others and you’re excited about using your knowledge to train your team in attracting clients and engaging decision makers and influencers.

-       You lead by example and take part of sales.

-       You will develop & build a HIGH performance sales team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Scandinavian sales representatives team.
  • Set and track sales targets for your team.
  • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Set, develop and track competence development.
  • Training & coaching - we believe in development!
  • Train & coach. Yes - you got it :-) we believe in people & development.
  • Document training together with our assistant of PEOPLE & Culture into training platform.

Requirements:

  • Proven successful work experience and results as Sales Trainer or Sales Manager of a team
  • Fast learner and strong in transforming learnings into structured training
  • Successful development of a HIGH performing team and individuals
  • Be a front figure - know how to deal with customer
  • Leading by example - not just behind the scenes
  • Business-to-Business of software sales
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process
  • Excellent interpersonal and management driving skills
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and spreadsheets of Google
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude
  • B.Sc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
