Penneo has a great product to HR-departments, that improves their HR-processes, making them more compliant to internal audits and GDPR, which also creates a better employee journey for employees and candidates.
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a danish speaking Account Executive working with Danish market to join our Nordic sales team situated in Copenhagen, where you target HR-departments within the largest companies in Denmark. We grow fast, so be prepared to be part of a fast paced international environment that focuses on people and their personal growth.
We believe that to be successful in the role you need to be ambitious, want to win and have a very high drive and of course you're eager to learn more. Moreover, You’re an experienced sales person, with a proven and strong track record, that most likely has knowledge within the SaaS-industry, which you can show us.
How your day looks like:
You own the entire sales process from a to z and are comfortable with booking and conducting meetings both as online and F2F with C-level. We need to spread the word, so you should love getting in contact with new people everyday addressing pain points about current processes and workflows.
Daily tasks: (not limited to)
- Contact new prospects and qualify them for meetings
- Managing and forecasting your sales pipeline in Pipedrive.
- Conducting need analysis on clients to address pain points and present tailormade solutions.
You will work closely together with the Sales Trainer & Leader, who’s responsible for the Nordic Region.
